First Round Results

The first Round of the matchplay stages was played on Wednesday 29th May. Congratulations to those who move forward to Round 2 on 5th June.

RESULTS

Matchplay Stages of the club championship start this week with the top sixteen qualifiers vying for a place in the last eight. The seniors and juniors start their campaign the following week. Good luck everyone.

Hector Anderson Trophy

Club Championship qualifying held on Sunday saw Ben Irving lift the Men’s 36 hole strokeplay with a gross 141. Alan Birdsall and Ben tied on 141, but Ben prevailed after a 3 hole play-off to lift the trophy. Click HERE for the results. In the over 50’s, Davie Jardine was successful with a solid 73 to claim the strokeplay title and in the over 60’s Eric Henderson shot a 79 to claim the top prize. Past captain Paul Cruickshank presented both David and Eric with their respective trophies.

Our Congratulations go to John & Emma Candlish-Welford form Brampton on winning the Russell Cup with a great score of 83-23=60. The full results can be seen HERE
